Albert Medforth - Commanding Officer - Withernwick Platoon

(* The name of the man between Harry Everett and Ben Witty is unknown)

Photograph taken in Hornsea with the platton facing the north side of Sullivan's fish & chip shop.
The area behind them is now houses. Sullivan's is, of course, still there.

At the start of the Withernwick home guard, they used to meet at what had previously been the fish and chip shop opposite the Falcon Pub.
As they got more members the headquarters were moved to the Forester Hall ?

Here is a list of the members of the platoon with (if known) their addresses, occupation and other information.
If anyone knows more about any of these men, and there are some recognisable surnames, do let me know and I will add it on.

The links will take you to more information on that person or the place where they lived.
